We worked with a medium sized public sector bank with several offices. We delivered a coaching intervention in a particular section of the bank where employees were facing issues with efficiency, productivity, prioritization and time management.
Situation
The client, a financial services firm, was facing challenges managing the high volume of priority items. Key issues were time management, prioritization-related intensive work pressure, performance efficiency, and productivity.
Action
The coaching intervention was designed exclusively for 30 of their employees composed of senior managers, managers and team leaders with tenures of 3+ years with the client organization.
Extensive 1x1 and team coaching sessions were rolled out during a 120-day period. These were later followed-up with productivity improvement action projects for 90 days.
Outcome
From this group, 8 members were selected for further development on a fast track.
Six months later, the client organization engaged with us to deliver the same intervention to the next level of leaders and managers.
